Our lean ground beef is ground and packaged fresh for each order that we prepare. We prefer to always grind our beef twice to ensure an equal distribution of fat throughout the meat ensuring that every package of ground beef is exactly the same.

These packs are perfect for the freezer, so you can pull one whenever you need one for a meal. They defrost slowly in the fridge or in a bowl with cold water.
