Description

Barese Sausage is another version of a traditional Italian sausage. While most people think of an Italian sausage including fennel (along with other items), these sausages have tomato paste, wine and basil. These sausages are traditionally made with veal but we use our beef to maximize the flavour. These are great on their own, in a dish or taken out of a casing and used in a meat sauce or Bolognese.

Barese Sausage Cooking Tips:
