Bone-in Skin on Chicken breast Cooking Tips:

Season chicken breast generously. Grill for 15-18 min on medium high or pan sear the skin on medium until crispy. Finish in the oven at 325F for 18-20 min. Recommended internal temperature (per CFIA guidelines) is 74c/165f. Try to not hit bone when taking temperature as it will read improperly.
