Cook it off for a single portion or slice it up for a group, this cut can serve alot of different purposes.

Top sirloin Cooking Tips:

Season with salt and pepper then grill or pan sear on medium-high for 2-3 mins per side. Let rest 2-3 mins before carving. Best served medium. Takes on marinades well.
