We cut our stir fry from the “rounds” of the steer’s hind quarter (Inside, Outside and eye) which we feel offers the best flavour and tenderness most people are looking for in stir fry. These packs are also great for pasta, tacos, stews or a steak sandwich.

Quick tip, add 1 tsp baking soda to your marinade to make the most tender stir fry beef.

Stir fry Cooking Tips:

Season with salt and pepper or marinade in your favorite recipe. Pan sear on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve up with your favorite sides or add to sauce or recipe of your choice.
