Description

This Chicken, bacon and leek pie is made by our friends at J Waldron Butchers. They are a Hamilton based butcher shop located at 305 Barton Street East. This pie is ready to be popped into your oven and served to your family for a weeknight dinner or bring to a friends house for your next pot luck.

Ingredients: Chicken (breast and leg meat), bacon, leek, mustard, lemon, flour, pork lard, onion, cream, butter, parsley, white wine, salt, pepper

Chicken, bacon, leek pie Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 400f. Brush top of pie with egg yolk. Bake on a baking sheet in middle of oven for 50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve.

**Please note: This is a frozen product that must be cooked from frozen**
