Great summer grilling item! Miami ribs (also known as flanken or Korean-style short ribs) are beef chuck short ribs cut against the bone into thin strips. They are prized for their rich, beefy flavor and tenderness when cooked quickly over high heat. They are also perfect for large gathering, as you can cut in-between each bone for a individual portion. Use your favourite BBQ or teriyaki marinade to make these ribs sing!

Cooking Tips:

Marinate, then barbecue or pan fry 3-4 minutes each side.
