Description

Our West Side Beef Pork Share is a great value. It consists of 1/8th of a whole pig with everything expertly cut and trimmed by our expertly trained butchery staff. Our pork is heritage breed and pasture-raised. It is raised without the use of hormones and antibiotics. This is an excellent way to try everything a pig has to offer.
